We have almost 60 Akers of land to be used for your event, we will provide tables and chairs and venues you request. You must provide food, decorations, accessories, etc. We have a grill, cotton candy machine, and hotdog cooker for use. (Let me know if using so I can tell you exact ingredients/materials needed)

These are the venues we offer, please keep in mind venues shown are not for sale but may be rented to be hosted for a special event. We offer The Gazebo, which has been used for a celebration of life (pictured) and wedding (not pictured), The fire-pit & swings, perfect for camping with friends and family, family get togethers, etc. We provide tables and chairs (long white tables - white chairs, and round tables and chairs - both pictured)

(Nothing is for sale, these are all entertainment items for events, spots for these events/venues, and appliances for use.)

FYI: You must supply all food, accessories, decorations, etc. We are renting these spots out for use, although we have entertainment supplies which you can find on our page!

As party season arrives, I would like to offer as a host for parties! I am asking $250.00 for 4 hours (You supply accessories, food, etc.) $50.00 per extra hour added or $50.00 an hour for me to show up to your party in costume. (Easter bunny, Patrick, Oscar the Grouch, Ernie) DON’T PAY FOR COSTUME ENTERTAINMENT AS I HOST!

Included:
A full size kitchen and bathroom will be available, electric stove top, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Appliances offered such as cotton candy maker, popcorn machine, hotdog roller, food heater, and grill.

Entertainment:
2 Sesame Street electric rides, electric kids cars, inflatable projector, 2 trampolines, Blow up water slides, pond w/ boats (paddle boat included), firepit with 8 wooden swings, black swings with pond view, fishing, playground.

Party theme ideas:
Sesame St.
Movie night/fire
Beach/tropical/Hawaii theme
Graduation parties

Requirements:
- Pay beforehand
- Reach out at least 1-2 weeks before planned date
