Ahh... You haven't heard from your favorite "Fancy Pickle Lady" in a while bc I have UNPLUGGED! Most of my followers know me: I'm a mom of 3, involved with my kid's schools plus other organizations, and an OCD perfectionist. All of these things have taken a toll on me! I don't have a single employee to count on for help, either! I, just, wanted to drop a post letting y'all know: I'M STILL HERE, I'M STILL FANCY, & I'M STILL GRATEFUL FOR THE SUPPORT! My friends are taking me Axe throwing, tomorrow, for my birthday celebration. I purchased this Axe about a year ago... Why? 🤷‍♀️ Maybe bc I have slight amount of DNA tracing back to the Vikings? No joke! 💯 Who knows... 😂 All I DO know is that anyone that tries to mess with this Fancy Pickle Lady will regret it. Better safe than sorry... 😏⚒ YOLO!

Hey, Fancy Followers! I'm asking (🙏pleading🙏) for your support in joining my company's sponsored team for a fundraiser that is SO MUCH MORE than just a fundraiser... Wednesday, September 18th at 6pm. We have invited the 25 PTC "Ride For A Child" kids from the oncology department from Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital- AND their immediate families as our honored guests! It will be an extremely special night. The whole family is welcome. $10 will get you in to the movies and your ticket purchase is 100% donated to critical cancer research. Details are listed on the flyer. You can pay cash at the door or RSVP/Venmo via the evite link in the flyer... (which you might have to copy and paste)

Rainy days are perfect for easy stews over rice! My kids LOVE this meal! You can, even, throw this in a crockpot! sauteed garlic in olive oil, beef stew meat, chopped zucchini, frozen onion pearls, 1 can of fire roasted chopped tomatoes, 2 cups of beef/vegetable broth, and freshly chopped cilantro (optional). Healthy, easy, fast, and hits the spot!

A @hquaisi recipe! Thai Coconut Curry Sauce! Blender will cut your prep time in half! ** 4 cloves garlic, 2T ginger paste, 3T curry spice, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 bunch of basil, half of a fresh pineapple, 2 cans of organic coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste ** I add 1 cup of broth from the shredded chicken I've prepared on the side, but you can use a premade broth if you like. Add sauce to sliced green bell peppers in a separate pot, and cook until peppers are tender. Then, add shredded chicken to pot until flavors have fused together on a simmer temperature.
