Hi! Welcome to Joy Coordinating!! On this side of the internet we help brides (and grooms😉) bring their vision to life!!! We want to make sure you have the best experience here, and by the end of your wedding day you were happy with every planning step!! That’s why we have gone ahead and made a few changes!!!

The first, and probably the biggest change that we have is, we do not offer Month of Coordination going into 2025! This is now called Event Management!! This package will be available to those who have done all the planning prior to their wedding, and they need a hand on the actual wedding day to make sure things run smoothly! For more information on this package email us and we get can provide you with more information☺️

Second, we are now opening our services to the surrounding areas: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and more areas outside of Western North Carolina!! ✈️ We have done weddings outside of Western North Carolina and we are ready to do more!!

Lastly, to make an even better planning experience for you guys, we have decided to work with Honeybook and Aisle Planner!! We are getting to the point where we are serving more people and we want to make sure that this experience is the absolute best!!! 🫶🏻

We are so excited to see what 2025 will bring us and will shortly be opening up our 2026 calendar as well! So keep your eyes open for that as well!!

Truthfully these past almost 3 years, I have been blown away by what God has blessed us!! Joy Coordinating was born on dreams and lots of ambition! If you would have asked me when I first launched Joy Coordinating, where this would go, I would say “I don’t know, but I’m going to have fun doing it!!!”

So thank you to everyone who has entrusted us with your special day!!🍸

IT’S FINALLY HERE!! Our new website and rebranding!!🪩🥂🌟 After working on this for months, we are finally getting excited to share the website with you all!! My heart is so full and happy with how it turned out! My intentions for doing this rebrand was so showcase the style that I have fallen in love with. My heart behind the website was to create a clear picture of what it will look like when you work with Joy Coordinating. Elegant, clean, organized and of course fun!!! I have added a new element to website under the tab called, Styled Shoots!! Since launching with my bestie, I wanted a spot where people could go to fill out one of our forms to have the possibility to work with us!! I was also wanting it to be a easy website that everyone could navigate well 🙂
It feels so good when your hard work pays off, and I hope you all love it as much as I do!!! Lastly, I have to give a huge shoutout to .co for taking the best branding/head shots!!! Seriously sets the tone of the brand and I couldn’t be more obsessed!!!

Here’s to 2023🥂👏🏼
We have officially finished our last 2023 wedding this last weekend!!! This year has been so great and one to remember forever🥲Each year I have would like to make a list of things that I can look back on and really be thankful for what that year has taught us, and possibly even memories🤍
• This year was the year that we double in weddings from the previous year.
• We were able to hire on a couple workers to help us get through wedding days!
• For the first time, we had a two weddings that were in SC and GA
• We had our first Biltmore wedding and have more next year that we are excited about
• We worked with 6 new venues!!! So excited to go back to them in the future!!
Wow what a year!!🌟So extremely thankful! We still have one big styled shoot to end the year! Thank you so much to all our 2023 couples, it was truly an honor to be apart of your very special day!!

I’m hoping on to inform you about our POLICY CHANGE!!! We loving serving our clients and future clients to the best of our ability, and we felt like we needed to make a few changes to make a better experience for them! ✨We have been so grateful and overwhelmed with the amount of growth that has happened this year, so with that comes change 😉

• WE ONLY HAVE 3 PACKAGES 📋
Our goal is to make your life easier, so we have formulated three packages for you to pick from 😊 We have taken the past couple months to really think about the specific things that each of these packages would include. We have also added on the option to add some additional services to your package!! More information to come on that soon!!

• EMAIL/WEBSITE INQUIRIES ONLY💌
Going along with making your life easier, we have made our email and website accessible for you to go and make your inquiry. We will get to your inquiry faster when it is through either of these forms!! 🙂

• NEW OFFICE HOURS 🕰️
As a business owner sometimes I just want to work around the clock because I love what I do!! BUT I need to remember to take time for myself 😅 so our new office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30-5:30pm. Weekend we are unavailable, as we are most likely out at weddings/events.

Talk about a busy summer!!😅 Between going on bachelorette trips, two of my closest people getting married, doing a styled shoot, launching another business (go follow if you aren’t already) AND planning, then going out to Charlotte in a couple weeks for another styled shoot + getting ready for all our current couples 30 day walk throughs, it’s been BUSY!!! I have to say, I wouldn’t have it any other way!! We have been absolutely blessed and we definitely don’t want to take anything for granted!! Getting back into the swing of things this week, and I can’t wait to be back into my routine!🖤🖤
