Just something I thought about last night! Ponzu soy marinated air fryer whole chicken served over mango pineapple fried brown rice!! It was definitely one of my top meals and it was done in an hour ( after marinating) 🤤😉

Leftover herbs makes a great green goddess dressing. Just mix with green onions, garlic, worcesteshire, lemon, sour cream or Greek yogurt and mayo if you want. Mix all ingredients together. Toss kale, red cabbage and carrots for a delicious and healthy salad! Dressing also makes a killer marinade for meat.

Photos from Sundays garden party event. This was a very special occasion put on by this very sweet couple to celebrate their union after 25yrs of marriage. They eloped in Hawaii and never had a reception after their wedding. I felt very fortunate and blessed that they asked me to be a part of their special day!
