🇺🇸 Join us for an Exclusive Tour of Historic Homes. Have you ever been intrigued by the stories and events that shaped this beautiful town? Would you like to uncover its rich history? Join us on July 5th from 1:00-4:00.
🇺🇸 In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States, the Bridgewater Historical Society presents a Historic Home and Walking Tour on Sunday, July 5th, 1pm - 4pm. Two historic homes will be open for tours: The JG Brown House at 111 South Main Street and the Dinkle Tavern at 215 S Main Street. The Brown House, built in 1849, is one of Bridgewater's largest early homes.
🇺🇸 Rachel Hayes, granddaughter of Ike and Ruby Riddleberger, who owned the house from 1945 until Ruby's death in 1987, will lead tours alongside her cousin Rebecca Dupuis.
🇺🇸 Beverly “Robbie” Driver who’s great-grandfather Solomon Driver also owned 111 South Main will be sharing her family stories and history from his years living in this grand home.
