You guys, this session had me smiling the whole time behind my camera! The way big sister keeps stealing kisses from sweet baby, mom and dad sharing those little laughs, and don’t even get me started on this dreamy golden light... the Smoot session was on point!!✨

Also can we talk about how they absolutely nailed their outfit coordination?! Those creamy knit sweaters with the olive green touches? I’m obsessed 🤍

As a mama myself, I remember these early days feeling like they lasted forever and flew by all at once. Now I get to capture these fleeting newborn moments for other families, and honestly? It’s pure magic every single time! ✨

Fun fact - babies usually sleep deepest in a warm room (72-75°F is their sweet spot!) That’s why I keep my studio nice and cozy for these sleepy snuggly sessions - and why this little one was absolutely living their best life in this knit sweater! 🥰

Capturing 6️⃣!! This sweet birthday girl needed a fun photo shoot that could capture all of her spunky personality & natural sparkle - keeping it simple was the best way to let her SHINE!!✨💗🥳

I love the whole idea behind doing a “birthday shoot” especially for our little ones. Time is a thief and capturing these sweet years of growth will be oh-so rewarding in the future!!🥰

It’s been a while since I’ve been able to pop onto the feed, I feel like life has been SO wild lately!!😵‍💫 Between photography, the studio, and mom life my to do list builds up quick - but it’s all good things!✨

I got to spend some time this past weekend with some really awesome women in business, and honestly I feel like just being in a room of like-minded women makes all the difference in your mindset & sometimes it’s just so nice to be surrounded by others that get it!!🫶🏼

what’s something you’ve learned as a woman in business or MOM in business that seems to keep you afloat these days? I don’t think I can justify another sweet treat reward… but I probably will!😉😂
