OUR STORY
In 1996, I (owner Bonnie Sanberg) was newly remarried and wanting a break from my 15-year career as a sales representative in the automotive-plastics industry. I intended to take one year off to indulge in my great love of gardening – this proved to be more time-consuming and more rewarding than I had imagined. One year off turned into several years of designing, creating and building a
haven in my own back (and front, and side) yard. I was honored to have had my work featured four consecutive years as part of the annual Livingston County LACASA Garden Tour, which helps victims of domestic violence. Although my love of gardening may not necessarily translate to running a flower shop, my love of people and floral craftsmanship does. So in 1997 when Four Seasons Florist became available, even though I did not know a thing about retail, I jumped at the chance to buy it. OUR WORK
An especially rewarding (and fun!) aspect of floral design is working with clients to make real their visions and ideas. It could be a beribboned corsage that perfectly matches her iridescent prom gown (and his tie), a stand-out birthday bouquet for that eccentric daughter, or sumptuous bridal centerpieces that Martha herself might have put in place – we love a challenge, and clients love the results. I am confident that we at Four Seasons Florist are doing the right things, in the right ways, for the right reasons. We guarantee true satisfaction with everything we do, and we always, always go the extra mile.
