With our Spring Menu revamp, comes our vegan, gluten-free salad made w/ lemon-elderflower dressing. We quick-pickle whatever veggies we can find and add in any tasty herbs we can snip from our garden ✂️🌿 As always, we finish with some crispy gf polonaise for texture. Proof that you can still find the perfect refreshing contrast to a meal even at a food truck 🚚😋
