Excited for a wonderful May wedding with Brooke, Ethan, and Greenwood Party Mixers🤩

Tonight, we met with a couple and their coordinator to put together details for a spring wedding! We are so excited for Brooke and Ethan. Back in 2023, we had the pleasure to work with their coordinator, Savannah, from Savvy Events. Tonight when we realized we get to work with her again, we were SOOO excited because she is amazing and so very kind, friendly and professional. We love putting pen to paper and helping to make the wedding plans turn into unforgettable moments for our clients. Now, let's pray for a nice warm spring and comfortable summer for all of our clients.

This couple holds a special place in my heart! Marah and I have grown up together and I’ve been able to see her and Zach’s relationship from the very beginning. I could not have been more honored to spend the day with them. You two are perfect together, Marah + Zach I love you both!!🫶🏽

Let’s talk about the significance of a wedding rehearsal! The rehearsal is an invaluable part of your wedding to ensure all goes smoothly. During the rehearsal we will practice the:

Processional and recessional: Working with the wedding party and officiant to practice the processional and recessional
Family: Ensure all family members know theirs roles in ceremony and reception. Seating arrangements reviewed.
Vendors: Ensuring correct location for vendors set up
Details: practice for handoff, fluffing gown/train, kiss and dip, how to pass the bouquet , ring exchange, how groomsmen will place their hands, and any special ceremonies
Questions: Addressing any questions or concerns from the couple, wedding party, and officiant
Timeline: Final timeline review (can also be reviewed with officiant, family, or any other vendors present)

Hello to all my new and old friends!! I haven’t done an introduction since I started my business so we are long due over here 😅

I am Savannah (or you can call me Sav), the face behind Savvy Events!!

-I have been a coordinator for about a year and a half now. I started my business not expecting to love it as much as I do but I have truly found my passion in this small business!

-Aside from coordinating, I am also a labor and delivery nurse plus a graduate student getting my masters in nursing education!

-This past year I was able to travel to 10+ states on the north eastern coast. I love to travel and would love to travel for your wedding!

I am very close to closing my books for 2024 but my books are open for 2025!

I am so grateful for all of you that love and support me and my business, I truly could not do it without you guys 🫶🏽 That’s all for now, have a great day and enjoy the sunshine☀️

✨Number 2: Communication✨

Communication includes the weeks leading up to wedding day, rehearsal, and wedding day (of course 🤪). This time is used to brainstorm ideas, talk about plans, develop your timeline, and talk about any worries/concerns. Also, on wedding day, I am your point of contact for all wedding vendors, guests, family members, and bridal party!
