Let’s talk about the significance of a wedding rehearsal! The rehearsal is an invaluable part of your wedding to ensure all goes smoothly. During the rehearsal we will practice the:

Processional and recessional: Working with the wedding party and officiant to practice the processional and recessional
Family: Ensure all family members know theirs roles in ceremony and reception. Seating arrangements reviewed.
Vendors: Ensuring correct location for vendors set up
Details: practice for handoff, fluffing gown/train, kiss and dip, how to pass the bouquet , ring exchange, how groomsmen will place their hands, and any special ceremonies
Questions: Addressing any questions or concerns from the couple, wedding party, and officiant
Timeline: Final timeline review (can also be reviewed with officiant, family, or any other vendors present)

Hello to all my new and old friends!! I haven’t done an introduction since I started my business so we are long due over here 😅

I am Savannah (or you can call me Sav), the face behind Savvy Events!!

-I have been a coordinator for about a year and a half now. I started my business not expecting to love it as much as I do but I have truly found my passion in this small business!

-Aside from coordinating, I am also a labor and delivery nurse plus a graduate student getting my masters in nursing education!

-This past year I was able to travel to 10+ states on the north eastern coast. I love to travel and would love to travel for your wedding!

I am very close to closing my books for 2024 but my books are open for 2025!

I am so grateful for all of you that love and support me and my business, I truly could not do it without you guys 🫶🏽 That’s all for now, have a great day and enjoy the sunshine☀️

Communication includes the weeks leading up to wedding day, rehearsal, and wedding day (of course 🤪). This time is used to brainstorm ideas, talk about plans, develop your timeline, and talk about any worries/concerns. Also, on wedding day, I am your point of contact for all wedding vendors, guests, family members, and bridal party!

“What time should the ceremony start?” is the most frequently asked question I get and my answer is always the same….Ask your photographer!!

I would hate to work with you to set a ceremony time and then end up not giving your photographer enough time to get the shots you both want.

A full detailed timeline is included in my all-day package so once this start time is set we can create the perfect timeline for you!

Do yourself and your photographer a favor and gather up all your items for your detail/flat lay photos prior to wedding day. Not only does this help your photographer but it ensures you do not forget any of the details you want captured!!
