It all started trying to appease my wife, she’s from Texas. She always complained she couldn’t get a good smoked brisket up here in new england. So I set out on a backyard quest to make the best brisket this side of the mason dixon line. There were many ups and downs to this process but we finally nailed it, and came up with a winner. One thing lead to another and my friends family started having me make them bbq in my homemade smoker for there events. So after these tail of events of the last several years it propelled me into starting Heavenly Smoke BBQ and get a mobile smoker catering trailer.
