Hey all.. So tomorrow is the big day.. Our last event before we close the doors for good. Tha k you all for supporting us. Please come by grab some food and say goodbye. We will be at Aristaeus Brewery from 4-well when we sell out.. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and again thank you for all the love and support… so for the last time… Chuck Yeah!!!!

Looking for a fun place with great food and drinks to get together with friends for Thanksgiving Eve? Look no further because we will be open noon to 11pm on Wednesday. Chuck's BBQ will be rolling in to serve dinner one final time before closing their doors. Get your crew together and make plans to come out Wednesday to give them a proper sendoff and enjoy their delicious menu one last time.

Bringing Texas-style BBQ to Bristol

Chuck’s BBQ’s food truck, The Chuck Wagon, features down-home Texas-style barbecue using low-and-slow smoking techniques. Menu items include sandwiches, like a Hot Chicken, done Nashville style (seasoned up hot, breaded, deep fried and dipped a special cayenne sauce) and Pulled Pork and sides like Whiskey Pork & Beans, made with Bristol’s own, Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey, Fried Okra and Homemade Mac and Cheese. We also offer soup and homemade chili, as well as items for kids, including chicken tenders, hot dogs and grilled cheese.

Chuck’s catering services goes beyond BBQ! We will work with you to create a menu that meets your needs and vision.
