We are a mother & daughter cooking duo! We love to cook & bake. Jordyn has just received her 2 certifications from Escoffier International Culinary Arts & Pastry School. Suzie has her schooling in Commercial Art & Advertising. We live in a rural area. Jordyn also went through a 4 year teen agricultural program, called Rural Resources. Each year had a different dominate focus. From learning to farm
& garden, to culinary arts using the produce she planted & grew from the 1st year, to coming up with a business & business plan for the 4th year. And then the 4th year she (along with her group) got to work that business & plan out. Which has gained Jordyn good reputation for her homemade gourmet pizzas. Jordyn has participated 3 times in the Rural Resources TEEN Chopped Competition. And took 1st place the 3rd year. Escoffier has also done a feature on her as well. I have my education from Ringling School of Art & Design and Sarasota Vocation in their Art Department. I have done a lot of merchandising throughout my life. Which boils down to a whole lot of marketing experience. We love making fresher, better tasting, LOCAL, organic, farm to table meals. We use as many fruits & veggies from our own garden. Or those (as well as sausage) from the farm at Rural Resources. We also buy a lot of our cheeses, meats, herbs & spices, flours, etc from our local Mennonite store (Mountain View Bulk Foods). We cater to busy families, dual income, executives, the elderly, those tired of eating out all the time, etc.
