World Prematurity Day💜💪🏾👏🏾 Almost 9 years ago our baby boy arrived at 30 weeks, and he’s been teaching us how to embrace the unexpected and trust God through the so called facts of life ever since… God has the final say🙏🏾 Praying for the families gathered around incubators tonight questioning God, while holding on to as much faith as possible that their bab(ies) will come home🥰

Fall Field Day was so much fun! Perfect weather- hot, but a breeze here and there. Loved seeing my babies have fun, and the other parents and kiddos were fun as well💜

We are celebrating today🎉 Fifty years ago on Saturday, September 24, 1972 our parents said I do🥰 They were surrounded by family and friends and looking back at the photos are hilarious💜 My sisters and I have some surprises for them today, and as we have been preparing I’ve been so full of gratitude.

🫶🏾Thankful to them for keeping their covenant🙏🏾 🫶🏾Thankful to them for teaching and showing love🙏🏾
🫶🏾Thankful for a childhood full of memories that are rooted in faith and family🙏🏾
🫶🏾 And so thankful for their continued laughter, prayers, and support of each other and our family🙏🏾
I’m sure being married 50 years comes with so many challenges, and today we are going to celebrate them and thank God for continuing to bless their union and allowing them to pour into 3 spoiled women and our families🙌🏾 Thank you God for parents! Georgia summer camp is going well💜 Our babies are making memories and soaking up lots of love🥰 Gram Gram Ollie Thomas and Mema Evelyn James are teaching Livie how to bake and can food👏🏾 I might retire from the kitchen when she returns🤣 Willie is learning as well, but he runs when it’s picture time🫣

It’s June 15th, and we’re celebrating our baby girl! I can’t believe Olivia Noelle is 5🥰 She is everything I imagined when I dreamed and prayed of having a beautiful little girl. She is bold and confident, kind and joyful, brave and courageous, and a child of God who worships and prays🙏🏾 We have been celebrating all month🤣and today is the culmination!

Olivia, always remember that God poured his best when creating you! You are capable of achieving your wildest dreams, so dream big and strive to do your best.

I’m so happy my children are back in school, and I know it’s really difficult right now to keep everyone safe, transition students back from virtual learning, and review so much information that was missed over the last year. With so many challenges a THANK YOU, WE SEE YOU, WE APPRECIATE YOU goes a long way❤️🖤❤️ Thank you to our educators, staff, bus drivers, and administrators at Chris Yung Elementary School!
