This past weekend we were able to smoke up some pork shoulders! Here’s a quick before and after of our pulled pork😋. Remember to send us a message if you’re interested in placing and order. Our smoking process takes a couple of days of preparation and cook time. The low and slow process is what makes it!

Let us feed you this Fourth of July! What’s easier than picking up some plates, going to the lake, and having a stress free day with some delicious food! This weekend we’ll be smoking some pork shoulders for pulled pork, homemade Mac and Cheese🧀, and some homemade pickles🥒. At $15 a plate, nothing can beat it.
