Morning Sun Activity Center is a meeting and banquet facility for rent. This building:
*easily seats 60-80 people.
*has a complete kitchen, buffet line, desserts, and beverages area.
*cold and frozen food storage area.

This building also features:
*a restroom.
*a small stage/raised platform. (karaoke)
*a television viewing area.
*a small children's play area.
*a gaming tables area.
*a conference seating area.
*a physical fitness area.
*an arts and crafts area (Under development)
*numerous board games and card games.

When weather permits...
*Volleyball, croquet, most any outdoor activity.

We are within a mile or less of the:
*Sugar River Bike Trail.
*Pearl Island Corridor.

If you are looking to rent just the food prep / banquet area, $25 an hour with a cap of $125.00 for an 8 hour day. If you want the full use of the building, $35 an hour with a cap of $175.00 for an 8 hour day.

A deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of reservation and full payment of the contracted date(s) must be made a week prior to the event. If you leave it as clean as you found it, we return your deposit. If not, we keep the entire $50.00. Cost of damages / clean up is not limited to the $50.00 deposit.

We are a Christian based family that still believes that business can be done with open communication and a handshake. However, a rental contract exists for the protection of both parties. There is no alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.
