Operator Selection

This location’s owner/operator is Chris (center). Chris started working in the kitchen at Chick-fil-A Lakeland Square in 2005 to help pay for college. Eventually, he worked his way up to management at that location then traveled doing Grand Openings for 2 years. He then applied and got accepted to be a part of Chick-fil-A’s corporate office staff as an Interim Manager. Himself, his wife, Melissa (right), and their young daughter embarked on a 2 year journey, filling in at restaurants where there was no operator present. Toward the end of that period, they found themselves in Beavercreek, Ohio, and had the opportunity to own and operate a food court location at The Mall at Fairfield Commons. Chris has been an operator since 2015 and is truly honored to now be a part of the Brookfield, Wisconsin community, where he and his wife plan to raise their family. (Also shown is a statue of Chick-fil-A’s founder, Truett Cathy. It is tradition for new owner/operators to get their pictures taken on this bench at the company’s headquarters near Atlanta, Georgia)
