🤯 We’re humbled and overjoyed to announce that our Blythe Family Farm 2025 calendar completely sold out as of 2:30 PM yesterday! 🎉 Your support has been truly heartwarming, and we’re so grateful to everyone who are bringing a piece of our farm into their home 🥰 Thank you 🥰

🗓️Calendar delivery ETA 12/7/24. When I receive them, I will contact each of you who purchased to arrange pickup and mail out the ones who live elsewhere.

Guess what happened to your local cut flower farm girl?
It is an incredible honor to have my work featured in a national garden magazine released by GreenStalk Vertical Gardens for their 2025 publication! Seeing the flowers I nurtured in my two 5-tier “Cherry Blossm” basket weave vertical containers showcased alongside stories of gardening creativity is a dream come true. It’s deeply fulfilling to share the beauty and joy these blooms bring, and I hope they inspire others to explore the art of vertical gardening in their own spaces.

I spent about a half hour this morning exploring the landscape of our property, searching for unique moments of beauty. The muted skies somehow brought out the neon orange, chartreuse green and yellows. I loved the soft sound of the rain falling through the Myrtle grove, splashing in the pond down below in the greenbelt behind our home. Jack Creek is reaching up to its banks and we can hear it rushing towards the Chetco River. What a beautiful November morning!

🗳️ IT’S TIME TO VOTE 🗳️
November in the garden is always a bittersweet time. The raised beds and landscape, once bursting with vibrant summer blooms, softens into a palette of late-season colors as the final flowers give their last show before winter. Strawflowers, sunflowers, cosmos and salvia all surprised me with how well they hung on until the coldest night (and very strong winds) nipped them. The pollinators were able to feed on nectar as long as possible 🐝🦋 Which photo captures the essence of November?

GREETINGS GARDEN GEEKS!! I spent pretty much all day yesterday learning how to use my new GoPro Hero13 Black. Take a video, delete, take a video, delete, dozens and dozens, over and over. Short vids, long shots. By the time I liked any of it, it was well past dark out and very cold! Then I spent another couple hours this morning learning how to edit and I had to force myself to just say ENOUGH! So…here it is: My very 1st video, shot with my brand new darling. I removed my voice since I’m still recovering from being sick (I sound worse than I feel) and I kept coughing. Of course, I HAD to attach a techno beat to it.
