I love being able to offer bo***ir to our brides, seriously it makes him smile BIG and we have a blast doing it!

Just make sure we book your session at least 3 months before your wedding so we have time to get your albums back!

Biggest bridal party of my career - 34 and we got everyone looking!

And we ended the night with a damn near full moon!

Many of you know my husband Chris as my partner in crime - not only in life but with our business. If you haven’t met him, you have definitely heard about him.. We are one those kind of couples 🤦‍♀️

For over 11 years this man has been my rock, the healthy one and my greatest champion - which is why we were completely caught off guard when what we thought that he a kidney stone came back stage IV pancreatic cancer.

During the last few weeks he has endured tests, biopsies, scans, a surgery and our constant fear of the unknown battle we faced.

Today our second opinion from Mayo came back. The cancer is in his small intestine/bowel and the pancreas. They are not sure if his liver is infected until another procedure this coming week.

I don’t think the word devastation even comes close to how I feel - let alone how he feels.. while we know this is an uncertain time and future for us, we want you to know we have business and photographers in place of for any reason I am not able to make it to a scheduled date.

We humbly ask for your prayers during this time - and remind you to keep taking pictures, don’t always be the one not in them.

Not only because every wedding is an amazing party, but because we can craft an amazing experience working as a team - I missed sharing this last week when it was announced - but so many congratulations to a team that we consider family!

This is Mer, she married Daren (with one n 😂) and we created one of my favorite images ever!

Growing up in the PNW forest fire and the smoke was a kinda common thing. But we never get smoke this far south - but July’s wedding combined the magic of smoke with our Prarie sunsets and true art happened!

I can’t thank my clients enough for letting me have artistic control - amazingly cool s**t happens!

Sparkler exits at sunset are my absolute fav!

When doing a sparkler exit you have a couple options depending on how you want your final pictures to look. Want dark and moody - shoot after dark, amazing colors - sunset!

Either way just don’t light the bride or your photographer on fire 😂🤷‍♀️

When the world around needs to slow down, often you try and take a break from everything. When that doesn't work you hide from the world. However all good things come to an end, the sabbatical from social media comes to an end with the largest wins, joys, and some sorrows.

BUT today is for the joy - Blessing is turning 8!

A true spitfire, and a girl after my own heart. Conquering her fear of petting animals, and mastering modeling in no time, both of us didn't want our time to end! I am truly thankful your family and mine intertwined. I love you, sweet girl! Happy birthday!
