I’d like to recognize our Team at BWI! When we made the  commitment to return all deposits & not charge cancellation fees on March 19th 2020, we thought the COVID lock down was only going to be for 2 weeks, however, we were able to continue our commitment all the way through to the end of the year!

Here's our official response to all of our special event customers during this time. We will not have fees/penalties of any kind for cancellations. This is a tough season for all of us, and we want to be a beacon of light during this time.
