We love salads!! 🥬💚🥬💚🥬 Don’t let our pretty plates fool you - serving salad to 200 guests can be tricky. As soon as the dressing hits the lettuce the clock is ticking. Even the heartiest radicchio wants to wilt, so it’s our job to time everything and work as quickly as possible - while maintaining the gorgeous plate composition we strive for. Every salad we offer uses seasonal ingredients grown as locally as possible. They all have great balance between color, texture, acidity, sweetness and freshness with herbs.
