So who is coming down to New Orleans for the Super Bowl?

Wednesday, Feb 5: Warm with a high of 78°F and a low of 61°F. Winds will be light from the northwest at 1-8 mph. Humidity will peak at 97%, and there’s a 25% chance of rain, but little to no accumulation expected.

Thursday, Feb 6: A bit warmer with a high of 79°F and a low of 65°F. Winds from the northeast at 4-10 mph. Humidity remains high at 98%. There’s a 75% chance of rain, but only around 0.05 inches expected, meaning while showers are likely, the actual rainfall will be light.

Friday, Feb 7: High of 78°F and a low of 62°F. Winds will be light from the northwest at 1-6 mph. Humidity stays high at 98%. Similar to Thursday, there’s a 70% chance of rain, but total accumulation will be low at about 0.02 inches, so any rain will be brief or light.

Saturday, Feb 8: Staying warm with a high of 79°F and a low of 64°F. Winds pick up slightly, reaching 12 mph from the north. Humidity remains elevated at 91%. Rain chances are at 65%, but the amount of rain will be minimal at around 0.02 inches.

I chose not to post yesterday and appreciate all the text checking in from those in the industry, that is how I found out about it in the morning when I woke up, not from the news but from concerned text from the wedding industry…. And there is something beautiful in that.

Acts of violence like this don’t make sense to me and never will… the victim were just celebrating the new year.

Most of us have given our entire life to creating spaces for people to celebrate, party and enjoy themselves… and maybe that is why this feels so awful.

I guess I just wanted to let all of you know that in my 15+ years of visiting, living in and being apart of the New Orleans community I’ve noticed that is the people that make up this city are different, there is more love, support and respect here then anywhere else in the world.

Those who are born here never understand why they would need to leave and those who move here and never imagine living anywhere else.

This city has overcome a lot and still found away to keep its people and culture… I’m just happy to call it home.

Happy Holidays! Still can’t get over the way created this European Christmas market during a major rain storm that was passing through the entire east coast during the load in…swipe till the end to see the radar!
.
This unforgettable holiday party transported guests to a festive wonderland, starting with a sparkling light tunnel that set the tone for the night. .
Inside the Holiday Hall, a feast for the senses awaited: warm raclette, freshly rolled sushi, artisanal cheeses and meats, and an interactive Christmas ornament-making station where guests could craft their own holiday keepsakes..
Every detail captured the charm, warmth, and joy of the season, making it a night to remember..
