3. Chicken: crispy fried chicken strips, herb roasted potatoes, honey glazed carrots, dinner rolls

4. Beef: sweet and spicy meatballs with wild rice, steamed broccoli, freshly baked yeast rolls

5. Pork: BBQ pork, baked beans, creamy slaw, and sweet corn spoon bread… it’s so good, it could be served as a dessert!

4. Beef: Salisbury steak with mushroom & onion gravy with creamy mashed potatoes, green beans, and dinner rolls

5. Pork: Cranberry and Apple BBQ (just trust us on this one) Spare Ribs, herb roasted potatoes, creamy coleslaw, and dinner rolls

Many of you have asked how you may be a help during the following weeks. This is how…Allow us to fix you dinner 😀

It takes a lot to keep this guy out of the fields or off farm equipment, but due to a recent injury to his carotid artery, we are enforcing Rick’s “house arrest” for the next 3 months, and are praying for full healing.❤️
In the meantime, in order to make a living and take care of the added medical expenses, while still being available to take care of our “patient”, we had to get a little creative.
So, here’s the plan:
Each week, we will offer Family Meals, that you may preorder by Monday noon, and pick up at the restaurant in South Boston,VA on Thursday afternoons.
Meals will be packaged for the fridge or freezer, making storage or reheating effortless.
At least 5 options will be available each week, with each week having new choices. (So feel free to order several: one for now and some for the freezer!)
The cost is $40/family meal (serves 4) or $12/single meal.
Meal options will be posted on FB soon, and our first meals will be available for order as early as next week.
