Birthday Dinner I did this past week. The menu consisted of Salmon and shrimp on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and drizzled with a Marsala Florentine sauce, jerk steak strips and broccolini. One of the best set ups yet. Table of 15 knocked out by yours truly.

The food truck is coming sooner than you think. In the mean time I’d like to ask for your support on May 27th. We are doing a fish fry and a raffle drawing. Preorders are accepted and would be appreciated. The raffle drawing will be taken up now until June 9th and will be drawn on the 10th. Love donations to the cause are accepted as well. I appreciate everyone that has been rocking with me this far. This is only the beginning! 🤞🏾🤘🏿😤
