I need to apologize to my customers who have called me in the past few weeks. I have had some problems getting my voicemails and receiving phone calls. I have been working with Verizon to get this worked out. I believe that today we have finally solved the issues. I know someone called for balloons one day and I didn't get that message until the next week!! I also missed a doctor's appointment because I didn't get the reminder message that the doctor's office had called and left on my phone! Hopefully, all is resolved now. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
