Once upon a time, we started as a catering company called , and needed more space because we grew too big for our commissary. We opened a restaurant to be able to grow the catering company; and grow we did! Operating two scratch kitchen concepts is daunting, but quality has always been paramount to us, as chefs. As both businesses grew, flaws in our quest for perfection began to show, so we made the decision to focus on the foundation of our growth. Catering. Hollan-Dazed and it’s menus will still be available for catering and private events, just in case our Dippy D’s have become an addiction for you! Feel free to email us at [email protected] to inquire about booking the space for your rehearsal dinner, birthday party or if you and 20 of your closest friends just feel like having a private breakfast on a random Sunday.
