Once upon a time, we started as a catering company called , and needed more space because we grew too big for our commissary. We opened a restaurant to be able to grow the catering company; and grow we did! Operating two scratch kitchen concepts is daunting, but quality has always been paramount to us, as chefs. As both businesses grew, flaws in our quest for perfection began to show, so we made the decision to focus on the foundation of our growth. Catering. Hollan-Dazed and it’s menus will still be available for catering and private events, just in case our Dippy D’s have become an addiction for you! Breakfast catering has become so popular for us, that we have decided to dedicate Tuesday's and Wednesday's solely to our better service this niche market as those were our two less busy dine-in days. Our guests have also been asking us to stay open just a little longer so they have a chance to catch a Malasada donut before 1 o'clock, so we're opening an hour later and closing and hour later from 7am-2pm, Thursday-Monday! Also, check out our specials for this week, because you don't want to miss out on these epic menu items!

We are looking for a few good people to help with large weddings and events this summer and fall. Hours vary and are great for someone looking for part time work to make some extra cash this summer. No experience is necessary.

You must have a strong work ethic, take direction well and present yourself in a professional manner at events.

Base pay starts at $15/hr. plus tips

We also reimburse for gas if an event is outside of the Denver Metro Area.

Fun fact for the day:
Hollandaise is one of the 5 mother sauces coined by Auguste Escoffier. The four others are bechemel, espagnole, tomato, and veloute. These are mere bases for creating limitless different sauces, which we take full advantage of. We make 6 different hollandaise sauces everyday, including a zabaglione!
