Don't worry we haven't gone dark! 2020/2021 were rough years for everyone, including our business, so we decided, as many of you know, to open our restaurant, Roots in 2020. We shifted our focus there until the world was ready for events and catering to come back, starting in 2021. With vaccinations, lifted restrictions, and safety protocols put in place, we could focus on Copper Leaf Gardens & Event Center and our catering business The Gourmet Kitchen Catering again, but along with the restaurant. Now we have combined and continue to rebrand all three businesses as Roots. We welcome you to check out the restaurant and look forward to working with you all!

They say marriages are made in heaven.
Karwa Chauth is one the very beautiful Indian festival where married women fast all day long for their husbands health and long life . They get to dress up in the evening and worship together with friends and family.
Like every year we are hosting karwa Chauth Pooja at 6 pm .
Pooja will promptly start at 6.05 pm on October 24th, Sunday
