2024-2025 After school care registration has opened for our Hampton Cove location. There are very few HCES spots left, so grab a spot if you need one. We are currently on a waitlist at GSES. No payment is required to join the waitlist! If you have any questions, just give us a call!

Hampton Cove Summer Camp is live on the website. There are very few spots open. If you are interested in weeks that are full, go ahead and get on the waitlist. People frequently change plans and spots become available. I reach out to waitlist families to fill open spots. Waitlist spots require no payment!

What is Up a Creek?

Up a Creek is one-of-a-kind, locally owned and operated, indoor play center in the Hampton Cove area of Huntsville, Alabama. We opened July 20, 2012 and are proud to offer a fun, safe, and whimsical environment for toddlers, pre-school, and elementary-aged children.

Year-round we host fun birthday parties (bookable online), Kids Only Nights on select Friday nights, Group Field Trips, and Open Play sessions. An updated schedule is posted on our homepage weekly.

During the school year, we have a unique pre-K through 5th grade After School Care Program with pick up from two local schools (Hampton Cove and Goldsmith-Schiffman). Open Enrollment for the following school year takes place every February until all places are full and normally has a waiting list for new students by March for the upcoming school year (school starts in August).

Summer months, we host Adventure Seekers Day Camp, a primarily outdoor activity camp with an emphasis on outdoor experiences like strawberry, blackberry, blueberry and sunflower picking, peach and apple orchard tours, and hands-on animal interactions during our frequent farm visits.
