Had an amazing time at the City of San Benito Parks and Recreation ResacaFest BBQ Cookoff today.
I was blessed with a 1st place Trifecta in all categories and Grand Champion of the event.
Huge congrats to Sergio Alvarado for your Reserve Champion and congrats to the other competitors 🙌🎉

Shout out to H Eddie Tapia and Judy Tapia for a smooth judging area.

We are truly blessed with our results from this weekends cookoff at the Flying Pig Grill & Cantina 10th annual Rockin BBQ Cookoff

1st Place - Chicken
1st Place - Ribs
4th place - Brisket
1st place - Dessert (made by my momma)

Overall Grand Champion

Congratulations to everyone who participated and who placed.

We look forward to what the future brings for us as we light the fires to competition again. Great job to Hector and the Flying Pig crew who always make this event fun and exciting.

Huge thank you to my dad who roughed the heat with me and my mom for making her amazing dessert! 🙌🙌🙌
