Pittman’s BBQ was fortunate to have participated as a volunteer in the 2023 Sombrero Festival in Brownsville, Tx.
Sombrero Festival is a three day street party in Washington Park and the largest event in Cameron County, Tx with Tejano, Conjunto, Norteno, Country and rock performers with a wide variety of traditional and local foods.

it was PRIME TIME ! @ LUNCH TIME at todays golf tournament. This served recipe pulled together all of the favorite things about barbecue, with a savory dry-rubbed brisket, smoked “low and slow,” and topped with a tangy pickle, onion and slaw along with one of our favorite BBQ sauces and BBQ flavored chips. 😋 thanks for all the great compliments‼️ and for coming back for MORE
