We are thrilled to announce the chefs and vendors who will be at the Sip & Savor Soirée later this month! First up, we'd like to introduce you to Chef Evan Ellington.
Chef Evan Ellington is currently co-owner and chef of Estanaula BBQ and consulting on multiple upcoming projects from 7 Oaks Hospitality. Evan began his culinary career working under Vishwesh Bhatt at the James Beard Award-winning restaurant Snackbar in Oxford, MS, and later moved to Nashville, TN, to continue his training under Chef Dan Herget while helping open Otaku Ramen and Little Octopus. Evan returned to West Tennessee in 2016 to open Eader House, offering high-end catering and private chef services, and now resides in Medina with his wife, Rachel, and two sons, Hunt and Dock.
