We are thrilled to announce the chefs and vendors who will be at the Sip & Savor Soirée later this month! First up, we'd like to introduce you to Chef Evan Ellington.

Chef Evan Ellington is currently co-owner and chef of Estanaula BBQ and consulting on multiple upcoming projects from 7 Oaks Hospitality. Evan began his culinary career working under Vishwesh Bhatt at the James Beard Award-winning restaurant Snackbar in Oxford, MS, and later moved to Nashville, TN, to continue his training under Chef Dan Herget while helping open Otaku Ramen and Little Octopus. Evan returned to West Tennessee in 2016 to open Eader House, offering high-end catering and private chef services, and now resides in Medina with his wife, Rachel, and two sons, Hunt and Dock.

Brownsville, we're going to be there this week. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in front of Sherwin Williams at 215 E. Main! If you're looking to do some painting at home, Wednesday would be a great time to pick up your supplies because we will be offering a 10% discount to Sherwin Williams customers on the 7th!

We’ve been quiet on social media lately, but we’ve been busy with the sale of the venue, rebranding, and cooking up delicious meals for you during this holiday season.

As we sign off for 2022, we want to thank each of you.
