A special thank you to Pogue Farm Market for setting up their trailer at one of our catering locations so our trailer could be at another, and staying with us the whole time. We couldn’t have done it without them!

We love our friends at ASAP Creative Arts! We partner with them for all of our printing needs! They even did our giant logo on our trailer. They are such a joy to work with and give the best ideas! Every project we’ve done with them has truly been a collaborative effort and we were so thrilled to celebrate the Christmas season with them yesterday! 🎅🏼✨
South African Barbecue was on the menu, and it was so good! We can’t wait to start offering this cuisine more often! It’s so near to our hearts and such a special showcase of South African culture!

Fun fact about our Durban Spice food: Did you know that we use healthy oils for our curries? Not only that, but our curries are made of Whole Foods, nothing processed. There’s no added sugar, either!
Basmati Rice also has a lower glycemic index than other white rices, and is great source of complex carbs!
We can’t include Garlic Naan in the above statements, but it sure does taste good! 😂
