Dear Bridal Couples/Clients,

As we approach the holiday season, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the trust you’ve placed in us to help plan your special day. It has been a joy working with each of you!

We want to let you know that our team at Magnolia Event Planning and Design will be taking a well-deserved break from December 24th to January 6th. During this time, we will be unavailable for texts, emails, and calls. This time off is so important for us to recharge and come back refreshed and excited to support you for the 2025 wedding season.

Feel free to send us messages during this period, though please be aware that our responses may be a bit delayed. Rest assured, any scheduled appointments, including venue viewings, will still take place as planned.

From all of us at Magnolia, we wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We can’t wait to reconnect and continue our journey together in 2025!

I am still overwhelmed with emotion when reflecting on last Sunday, which was truly nothing short of extraordinary. Background: On a warm July day, I received a call from Wish Upon A Wedding while attending my daughter's softball game, requesting my expertise in planning a wedding for a couple within an exceptionally tight six-month timeline due to the Bride's MBC4 diagnosis. Despite initial trepidation, I was determined to make this happen, thanks to the unwavering support of esteemed colleagues and friends in the wedding industry. Our collective efforts culminated in a breathtaking vow renewal ceremony that left no eye dry in the house for Alice and Michael, who celebrated 35 years of love as of November 11th. My objective was to coordinate their renewal for the 10th, giving me four months to deliver. It was my privilege to work with this endearing couple, and I extend my warmest congratulations to Alice and Michael Santurri on their 35-year milestone. Did I mention... We had a double wedding weekend!!!! My lead planner, Danielle took over with our 9-7-24 bride and groom, Leann & Colton this past weekend at the beautiful The Blue Heron in Medina. Congratulations to our awesome couple. Not to mention, our Magnolia team had a little dance fun themselves. Lol

9-7-2024 Cassandra & Joe. Can I just say... this wedding was one of my most favorite weddings this year. From a planning perspective, Cassie trusted me to take her vision and go wild with it. Boho Vintage. We were at the awesome, Common Ground Warehouse in Medina. We were the first wedding there. So you know the pressure was on. But it went so smooth and turned out absolutely gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice.

8-31-2024 This beautiful day belonged to our bride and groom, Kate and Brian. Venue was The Madison. We love a blank canvas. Our couple wanted a very simplistic yet elegant reception with a rav party theme at the end. Lets just say, we had a blast. Take a peek at our beginning photos till the end of the night.
