POLICIES:
We are based in Brunswick, Georgia and deliver all of our items ourselves. We will travel anywhere in the counties of Glynn and Wayne at no extra cost. Outside of these counties, a $10-$20 travel fee may apply. We will travel up to an hour away (Savannah and Jacksonville included). We will deliver items no sooner than the day before an event and will pick up items no later than the day after the event. All items have a rental fee that must be paid IN FULL upon delivery of items. We do accept payment plans for rental fees. Some items also have a "refundable damage fee." This is an added fee that must be paid upon delivery and will be refunded to you when the items are picked up, as long as no items were damaged. Should any items be damaged while at your event, you will not be refunded your damage deposit at the time of pick up. However, we WILL refund you the damage fee for items that were not damaged, but it will be a few days later. If an item is damaged at your event and DOES NOT have a damage deposit (this includes most linens and signs), you will be charged whatever the cost is to repair or replace that item. This will usually cover the cost of materials to make a new item and/or labor if the item took a lot of time to make. Thank you SO MUCH for your interest in Lanterns & Lace!
