The 85th Annual Blessing of the Fleet begins at 11:00 am in the morning. Boat parade begins at 2:00 pm. Limited supply of T-shirts are just $20.00. Live music 🎵, food 🥘 vendors, craft vendors, laser tag, axe 🪓 throwing, and bounce houses all day!

Come out for live music with Blossomin’ Bone and Tim Akins. Hang out with friends and battle each in an axe 🪓 throwing contest or laser tag competition. Kids can play at the bounce house. Support local artisans and enjoy delicious food from area food vendors. Blessing of the Fleet is this Saturday beginning at 11 am.

This year's music is from local favorite Blossomin' Bone. They are a very talented, local band with an ever growing following. They were featured at the Golden Isles Music Awards and have been gaining traction ever since. They will be on the Main Stage at the Brunswick Blessing of the Fleet on Saturday, May 13th, 11 AM - 1:30 PM.

The Brunswick Blessing of the Fleet committee invites area boaters to participate in this year’s Blessing of the Fleet procession. Boaters must fly an American flag to be judged and eligible for prizes and conform to the USCG regulations regarding equipment and personal flotation devices. The best proof of this is the display of the USCG Auxiliary Courtesy Examination Decal. The committee also requires that:
• Vessels must be able to maintain a constant speed of 3 to 5 knots and have a working marine radio with channels 16 and 72.
• Skippers should resist the temptation to overload their boats and should exercise control over their passengers to avoid injuries or casualties.
• Numbers will be assigned to each boat in order of registration. Each boat should display the number so that it is visible to judges on shore by the park.
• Participants not abiding by the rules and regulations will be disqualified and removed from the parade.
• Each captain/boat owner must have adequate liability coverage and agrees to hold GISC harmless from any damage caused prior, during and after the parade.
