Our 2024 wedding season is over! It was a year of beautiful weddings and receptions and weather that worked with each couple! I am blessed to have work with so many fun, loving couples and their families! Can’t wait for 2025! We do have some open dates still open!!

Congratulations to Paige and Cody Knisely Fall weddings are always so beautiful but sometimes fall weather brings chilly wet days, but the wedding and reception must go on! I didn’t get a picture of the swags for the arch by Bricker’s Flowers of Portland but they were beautiful! Wishing this couple the happiest of years!

Words of Advice From A Chaos Coordinator ….

Outdoor weddings are beautiful as well as outdoor reception, doesn’t matter if under a tent or in an old barn but don’t watch a bunch of movies about weddings taking place at grandpas farm and converting the old barn into a reception venue and think that this will be cheap or easier! Movies are not realistic !

Do not think that this will be cheap! Think of all the work, possibly tent rental, table and chair rentals! Also consider how the cater is going to keep the food hot and or cold, will there be enough electric without running cords everywhere. Is parking going to be close enough for guests and your vendors! Bathrooms, the nice portable restrooms are not cheap and then the biggie the day of! The weather it could be hot, cold or windy and how are you going to make sure everyone is comfortable!

There is just a lot to think about when dreaming of that perfect day and how much is it going to cost to make it prefect!
