Hidden Lake is a 120 acre property with a 60 acre private lake at its heart.

Our amazing sunset location is one of the few unique waterfront event spaces in the Phoenix area to host a special event or dream wedding!

Now hiring Private Event & Wedding Staff!

Event Staff Duties:
Set up / Clean up of all events. Placing and putting away tables, chairs & linens
Decor set/up for weddings and special events. Cleaning of facilities duties such as but not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, bridal suites, chairs, tables, furniture. Picking up trash and keeping facility clean. May involve taking tickets and / or greeting guests and other duties involved in our individual events.

Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, understand working conditions may involve encounters with birds, insects and wildlife. Must be able to be on feet and walk long distances, and lift moderate to heavy items. Need to be able to work independently and finish jobs given on list in a timely fashion. Must be available on weekends mainly Friday - Sunday. This is a contract temporary position and some months are busier than others so flexibility on work need is optimal. Shifts will be both in AM & PM. Must have reliable transportation. Great for side gigs, second jobs!

Facility Event Staff Duties:
Looking for the muscle in this job. This position may have duties above however, will be responsible for more of the mechanics of the facility, landscaping duties, driving machinery, backing down trailers, moving furniture, moving heaters, filling propane tanks, hauling ice, rocks, raking, using landscape blowers, power washers, hauling trash, ect. Must be available on weekends only Friday - Sunday, but may have some weekday shifts for the right person. This is also a contract temporary position and some months are busier than others so flexibility on work need is optimal. Shifts will be both in AM & PM. Must have reliable transportation. Great for side gigs, part-time work or second jobs!

Wedding Day-Of Coordinator:
Looking for someone to assist on our busy wedding schedule to do day of coordination. WEDDING EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED. Please do not apply for this without this. Looking for a planner trying to get into the business, one that wants to fill their schedule or someone that would like to get back into it. This will be a contract temporary position and dates can be given for the entire season in advance. Will need to assist in rehearsal and day-of needs for venue and closing duties with the client. Have a charismatic, calm demeanor, able to handle busy and potentially high stress situations, fun and happy disposition, organized and dependable. Resume required.
