HostGator is the absolute worst company ever!!!! Do not ever sign up with them. We have been locked out of our acct for a week and they changed all our email and website servers back to point to their system (with no explanations) and we have given them the correct records all week long and they haven’t changed anything. We then requested for email for acct to be changed so we could get in (hence using our company email we can’t get their authentication codes) and it’s been well over their 24-48 response time (we are talking an entire week of no response) as their team keeps saying to give it time. How much more time do you need HostGator ??? 120 hrs as of right now……. And I have all my conversations recorded and snapshot of chats as I’m told the same thing over and over when no explanations!!!!!!!@@
