Thanksgiving is approaching and it's a great time to make use of the recent harvest here on the farm and in The Market.

Today, Hannah's sharing a few recipes for simple, but unique, Thanksgiving dishes including a cider punch, roasted delicata squash, and roasted Brussels sprouts. 🎬🍿

Visit us at The Market for some fresh, local ingredients this Thanksgiving!
Squash dish instructions:
•Wash Delicata Squash well and cut both ends off. Cut squash length-wise and scoop out the seeds and discard them.
•Slice Delicata Squash into ¼" slices and place in a large bowl with cranberries.
•Add olive oil, maple syrup and a dash of salt and pepper to the squash and stir well.
•Spread out squash onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until squash is fork tender.
•Remove squash and cranberries to a serving dish and top with pecans and feta.

Brussels sprouts dish instructions:
•Place brussels sprouts cut-side down directly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
•Roast brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes, until sides are very brown and some of the leaves are crispy. Add walnuts (or pecans), mustard, and maple; return to the oven for 5-10 minutes to get the walnuts toasted
•Remove from the oven. Toss with cranberries directly on the baking sheet. Season and serve immediately.
