We offer full service catering, food truck catering and a hybrid option. (Full service, passed and stationary appetizers and food truck entrees) We also offer non alcoholic drink packages, as well as, an ice cream station with 2 kinds of ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, strawberries, sprinkles and whipped cream. You can also have a chef prepare live (flambe), Bananas Foster or Apples Calvados. We've been catering over 22 years and have catered hundreds of events.

Michele's Bistro provides buffet service or full table service, drop-off catering, full-service catering, wedding catering, and food truck services.

🥳🍽Come on out this weekend! We have our German Specialties! Housemade Sauerbraten over red cabbage, Choucroute, Pierogies boiled in Yuengling Octoberfest and sautéed with onions and sliced Keilbasa and Octoberfest beer cheese for our cheese fries! Plus our regular menu! It's going to be spectacular! 💯

This weekends special will be fried Mac and Cheese and Insanity Chili! The absolutely spiciest thing you have ever eaten, but oh so good! We've been growing 5 types of hot peppers in our garden all summer just for this chili and Sparta NJ Renaissance Festival! If you like spicy, it's a must try! So excited!
