In 2010, after retiring from the Baton Rouge Police Department, Darrell Johnson had a desire to start a catering business. As a result of that desire, DJs Catering was birthed. DJs Catering offers a variety of smoked and fried meats, entrees, delectable vegetables, casseroles, finger foods and desserts. The smoked meats are cooked on a commercial Southern Pride cooker with pecan wood. The smoke fr

om the pecan wood infuses the meat to give it a very different smoked flavor. Johnson is known for his specialty – White Chocolate Bread Pudding. DJs Catering serves wedding receptions, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, graduations and seasonal events. We offer on or off-site catering, depending on your specific needs.

Hello FB family and friends. D J's Catering traveled to New Iberia on November 3rd to assist Rev.Joseph C.Noah and members of The Church of Jesus Christ of New Iberia with their fish dinner building fundraiser. The event was a great success. Thanks to the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board for donating the fish.

Fried and Smoked Turkeys - $60.00; BBQ and Smoked Ribs - $35.00; Smoked Turkey Wings - $5.00 each; Stuffed Pork Roast - $60.00; Honey-glazed Spiral Hams - $60.00; Cornbread Dressing - $40.00 (1/2 pan) and $70.00 (full pan).
