Grief Recovery Workshop

Six week HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROGRAM with clinical nutritionist NANCY DALE

As the temptations of the holidays come, this is a great opportunity to focus on eating the right ratios of protein, carbohydrates and fats so that you feel satisfied after each meal. This class will also cover a healthy shopping trip and cooking tips. Nancy has many years of experience and lives her motto "this is the BEST way to get healthy and stay healthy for life!"

Our first Valley-wide Teen Dance of the 2024-2025 school year is tomorrow night! Open to grades 6-8 of SYV Schools only, join us on Friday, October 4th from 7-9 PM at the Buellton Rec Center Gym. $10 at the door (CASH ONLY!). New Line Dancing Class Starting Wednesday, October 2nd!
Join Instructor Vanessa Robertson from 6-8:30 PM for a fun night of Line Dancing for all ages! Line Dancing benefits the body and the mind. Learn the basic footwork and patterns while dancing to country and contemporary music! Beginning lessons start at 6 PM, Low Intermediate at 6:45 PM and then dance the favorites from 7:30-8:30 PM.
Drop in welcome. $15/class or a 6 class pass for $72.

Thursdays; Sept. 12-Oct.17. Discover the joy of Irish Dance! This class is perfect for beginners of all ages. Learn the fundamental steps and movements that form the building blocks of Irish Dance. Our instructor, Alanna Callaghan, provides personalized attention to each student, ensuring everyone progresses at their own pace. Children should wear well-fitting tennis shoes.
