โ๏ธWhat's included in the fee?
A 10x10 or 10x20 space, outdoors, vendor highlights & promotion, & logos on fliers once you've made your 50% deposit, & a platform to showcase your business, grow your network with our ohana, partners, sponsors, guests & hosts.
โ๏ธWhat do I need to bring if I am invited to be a vendor?
Everything you need for self sufficiency; power, (we will not supply) canopy, tables, chairs, display items, etc. WE WILL NOT RUN EXTENSION CORDS FROM THE VENUE TO YOU FOR SAFETY AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE REASONS. Power from the venue is reserved for the operational needs.
โ๏ธHow many what types of vendors will you have?
40+ vendors =
8 Food
3 Nonprofit
8 Desserts/Prepacked Snacks/Specialty Drinks (Macha, Boba, Shaved Ice)
20 Retail, Apparel, Jewelry, Arts & Crafts, Home Decor, Holistic Products, CBD ok
*No Alcoholic Beverages or Bottles Waters.
โ๏ธVendor Parking?
Parking is close to venue. Please be prepared to unload your vehicle quickly park in your designated area. Volunteers will assist you in unloading. Limit on vehicles as follows:
10x10 = 1 vendor parking space, extra vehicles park in public parking
10x20 = 2 vendor parking spaces, extra vehicles park in public parking
Trailers must be parked in public parking's designated area for oversized vehicles.

What is expected of you?

๏ธ Pay your fees ON TIME. Late fees will result in forefeiting your space. Vendor Fees help us pay bills. Mahaloz for your cooperation and understanding.

๏ธ Communicate with us on your needs, if we cannot accommodate you, we will refund your fee.

๏ธ Limited amount of people in your booths; 2 in 10x10 or 4 in 10x20. This helps your sales and our vision for the event. Which is friendly, welcoming and professional.

๏ธ Bring your own change bank. At this time, there is not an ATM at the venue.
