✨🌿⛰️ The Great Outdoors ⛰️🌿✨
Not only is nature beautiful, but it can also boost your physical and mental health. Natural environments are inherently relaxing, as studies have shown that being outside lowers anxiety and cortisol levels in people with stress-related issues.
Being outside also improves focus and sleep. Urban environments can be overstimulating, impeding your ability to focus on tasks at work or school. A fifteen-minute walk through the park on your lunch break can help reset your mind to push through that afternoon slump. Getting plenty of sunlight can also help your body regulate its sleep cycle, leading to better rest. 💤
Sunlight also helps your body produce Vitamin D, which is important for your bones and immune system. Studies have also shown that people are more likely to be active for longer periods of time when they are outdoors, leading to improved overall fitness. ☀️
While getting married is just about the biggest mood boost you can get, taking your vows in front of some of the most beautiful natural scenery out there makes it that much sweeter💕 That's why, on top of our outdoor ceremony site, we also have a patio area for guests to socialize and soak up a few extra moments of sun before heading in to the reception for the night.
