We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Banquet Captain to join our team!

📅 Work Hours:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evenings and Late Night
Responsibilities:
Event Setup: Ensure the banquet room is set up according to the event plan, including arranging tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate banquet staff to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the event.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with event planners and kitchen staff to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the event space.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the event to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
Physical stamina to move tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
