We are stoked to debut a NEW mead today, Mahuia! This was made in collaboration with our friends at Liquid Art Mixology. It’s based on their Pele cocktail and includes passion fruit, pineapple, blueberry, and lime. This is the first batch in our new line of cocktail inspired meads. We’re out early at the Hamburg Farmers Market until 1pm, so grab some from us here or at our taproom at noon!

Have you been wondering where we’ve been?!? Well we got our book published!!!!! If you want a copy of our mixology book with the cover painted by famous painter KreEight Artafax, cocktail recipes written by a master mixologist and certified sommelier along with QR codes that let you watch technique videos, just message or comment!

As promised a picture of this beautiful piece of art! If your not familiar with the story this is done by Miami based artist and was made as a collaboration and is going to be the cover of our liquid art mixology book. Also for some amazing collectors it will hang on their walls! For context there are many tributes in the painting like the zodiac symbol on the bottle for my son, the cocktail with the rose is in my book and named after my fiancée and the bistro 93 refers to the bistro my family owns. Obviously the silhouette is of me! Kre8 named it “liquid Kre8tion”

Why are we called liquid art mixology? This is a great example. Yesterday had a new patron ask me for something spicy and fruity and pretty. I created a spicy raspberry margarita with Korean chilis and cajun seasoning! It’s a beautiful drink and a master piece of a cocktail!! It made an amazing story for this young lady as well! I love what I do!

This is our first post and first day of having this page!
I am Mixologist Douglas Carlsen who has been sponsored by Three Chord Bourbon and Twenty One tequila to make a cocktail book! We teamed up with famous painter KRE8 and he is collaborating with us and pushed the brand to the next level by painting an original painting for our brand and cover of the book.
I have done many events by request so I have decided to create a face book page for everyone to be able to reach out and have me and my team come and cater parties. We do cocktail parties, weddings, wine tastings, dinner parties and everything in between. We specialize in craft cocktails that are visually stunning and amazingly delicious!
