Be cautious of scams. I had two bookings this past weekend that were last-minute. When searching for characters in Buffalo, a company appears to be legitimate, but they are based in California and will cancel 24 hours before the event if they can't book a company like mine or another in the area. Avoid using 1-800 numbers for character bookings or a 716 # that seems odd. Always check reviews, websites, pictures! I am sorry to everyone that had to go through that non sense 😔 it's very upsetting when you're trying to do something special for your children and these company's just try to steal your money
