A few weeks ago we posted that there would be changes effective with the incoming new year.

Below are the changes that will be effective 1/1/25 with regard to booking deposits and cancellations.

These changes are being made in response to some issues that we have had during this past year with last minute cancellations (not including emergency situations) and late payments.

Please know that we appreciate each one of you for supporting us in this venture in whatever way you have. Whether it be by booking with us, leaving reviews, referring us to family and friends, etc.

We couldn't do it without you.

Keeping that in mind, please understand why these changes need to be made.

In addition to the changes regarding booking and deposit, the rate for repasts will also change. The rate for repasts will now be $100 per hour with one hour free set up time. (Maximum 5 hours total). All other pricing remains the same.

Monday through Thursday
$100 per hour (minimum 2 hours)-you must also book set up time
$500 for the full day

Friday through Sunday
$100 per hour (minimum 2 hours) - you must also book set up time
$800 for the full day

It's been a while since we have had one, but we are looking to host a Vendor Showcase for young entrepreneurs between the ages and 5 and 18 on Saturday December 21 from noon to 4 pm.

No vending/table fees.
Tables and chairs provided

We have 15 spaces available.

Each year we learn from our experiences, the good and the not so good. The good experiences help us understand what we are doing right and the not so good ones one help us understand where change may need to be made.

So that being said, we are currently working on updates to our pricing, booking and cancellation policies for the new year.

New policies will be effective 1/1/25.
