My gift to the Monticello Cancer Center who supported me through all of my radiation treatments.
Take advantage of this chance to honor someone while donating to a terrific cause. The Hope Chest is an organization that helps those who need a little extra financial support as they are fighting for their lives. 🐝

Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I think by now we are all aware. Most likely; we all know someone who has been impacted by breast cancer. As a survivor myself, I do as much as I can to support research for the cause. I also think it is important to support those who are in the middle of their fight.
My floral supplier is donating some of the funds from certain flowers to Hope Chest for Breast Cancer. I purchased these roses in hopes that some of you will also support this cause. I will be donating a portion of my proceeds to the same organization.
Let someone know who has fought or is still fighting that you are thinking of them. I promise, you will make their day. Not to mention, you will be supporting a great cause. Call me up and I will deliver something pretty in pink to a very deserving person!🐝💕

It’s that time again. Time for the Minnesota State Fair Great Get Together! Once again, I competed in the designer of the year competition hosted by North Central Florists Association. This years theme was “Inspired by a song.” Each designer had to come up with two different designs, that incorporated a song if their choice. I chose Johnny Cash, Ring of Fire and Fishing in the Dark by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

I’m happy to say that I received a top 10 award for my second year in a row! I also received an award for creativity. Each judge was allowed to select one design of their choice for this award. Pretty cool!

The flowers will continue to be on display until 9 PM tonight at the horticultural building. Go check out the amazing talent we have in Minnesota. I am incredibly humbled ! 🐝 ❤️

PS you can also vote for your favorite design. They are giving away a People’s Choice Award. My entries are number 3!
