We are thrilled that a part of this year’s proceeds from Luxury Purse Bingo of Western New York is helping Sophia LaBorde. Sophia was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer two years ago when she was 12 years old.

Your generosity and support of our event will help Sophia go on a class trip to Paris, Switzerland and Venice.

We are so grateful for all of your love and support of our event!! And we love helping those in need in Western New York.

This is our beautiful friend Sophia LaBorde. Sophia was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer two years ago when she was 12 years old. She’s been fighting like the warrior she is ever since.

Despite what Sophia has been through she always stays positive and keeps a smile on her face. That’s why when we heard she had the opportunity to go on a class trip to Paris, Switzerland and Venice, we had to make it happen for her!

Thanks to a large donation from our friends at Berardi Immigration Law and Luxury Purse Bingo of Western New York we mailed the final payment for Sophia’s trip today through our charity Sweet Buffalo Rocks. We are so grateful we were able to do this for our friend who deserves nothing but happiness.

You are the best, Sophia.

Thanks to an angel among us, the Christian Dior grand prize bag from this year's Luxury Purse Bingo of Western New York was RETURNED so we could raffle it off to raise money for families whose kids receiving treatment on the 12th floor of Oishei Children's Hospital. Those families will no longer have to pay $10 per day to visit their children. We hope this eases one of their many burdens.

Last week, we happily hosted members from Sophia The Fierce Inc as they presented the proceeds from their Luxury Purse Raffle. They raised over $4,000 to assist families on J12 with parking expenses! Sophia's mom, Kristina Benintende (pictured center), and Aunt Jillmarie Giardina (pictured far right) came on behalf of their foundation to present the check, and were welcomed by members of Sophia’s care team.

Sophia Benintende was a bright, compassionate young girl that passed at the age of 9 from Ewing Sarcoma. In honor of Sophia’s tenacious spirit, Sophia the Fierce, Inc. is dedicated to working towards a brighter future for children fighting cancer.

📢BIG News!!! We are collaborating with our friends at Sophia The Fierce Inc 🌻 and raffling off the brand-new Christian Dior Book Tote bag, valued at $3800‼️👀👜

We are raising money for families on the 12th floor of Oieshi Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, New York. You see… In addition to worrying about their sick child, families are required to pay $9 a day to park at the hospital. While we understand this is a business, many families are forced to be at this hospital for many months, and the costs add up. Let’s help WNY’s warrior families to worry about one less thing!
