Day 7 - Self Love - So many advantages of having self love but the most important one is when you love yourself no one can hurt you. Love yourself with exercise to be the best version of you in & out, Stay Encouraged!!!
Day 6 - Self Love - You call it pain, we call it LOVE... this is what it means to have a healthy addiction, loving to exercise is the best way to turn a negative into a positive, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 5 - Self Love - Sometimes we are in control of our bodies, other times our body controls us. But if you start to use your body and love the process, your body will give you that love back. Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 4 - Self Love - Loving ones body is a constant struggle but if you learn to find that balance it produces a beautiful thing. Love your body and teach your mind to respect it, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 2 - Self Love - Some people work for perfect bodies. We are not supposed to be perfect. Results come when you love yourself as you are and train hard. Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 1 - Self Love - Working out is the best form of self love. When you start loving yourself it’s so much easier to love others as well. But the most important piece to this all is to make it part of your lifestyle. It will be a great investment towards your latter days, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 7 - Finding Inner Strength - My thoughts for the last day of talking about finding inner strength is that when you are feeling weak about a certain situation think about your moment of conception. You out swam millions of other little ones to get to that egg, this means you were given this life because you are strong enough to live it. You was a winner then which means you are still a winner now. Stay Strong, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 6 - Finding Inner Strength - You don’t need muscles to be strong, strength starts in your mind by willing yourself to go longer than you think you can. Whatever you are dealing with, will yourself and just hold on a little longer, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 5 - Finding Inner Strength - One thing I regularly say to riders in class is that they are stronger then they think they are, this quote hits that nail on the head. Reminds me of this line I hear at church all the time, “God will never put more on you than you can bear”, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 4 - Finding Inner Strength - Real strength comes not from trying to control the world, but by controlling your mind. Self control is the strongest type of control and that’s where real strength comes from. When you realize this fact you body will start to become stronger as well, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 3 - Finding Inner Strength - Stop thinking that the madness that you are currently dealing with is to break you down, there is something to be gained from every crazy situation you survive, Stay Encouraged!!!

Day 2 - Inner Strength - Sometimes when we go through things we question ourselves with a bunch of whys. We have to start to realize that today’s struggle is sometimes for someone else’s strength that they will need soon. Be thankful for the struggle. It happens to us so we can be strong for others in their times of weakness and need. Embrace struggle, Stay Encouraged!!!!
Day 1 - Finding your Inner Strength - Last week we focused on strengthening our minds, this week we are talking about finding that inner strength for our bodies. I always find myself getting stronger just when I believed I couldn’t go on. Sometimes we are tested, not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths. Stay Encouraged!!!
Day 7 - Mental Toughness - this week has been mentally draining for some but be glad for it, it just means your on your way to the top, Stay Encouraged!!!
Day 6 - Mental Toughness - If you can outlast tough times it’s one step towards your mental well being. Stay Encouraged!!!
